If you would like 1,000 cards you get upgraded to a very impressive 16 pt card stock with a high gloss UV coating.
Orders for 250 and 500 cards are printed on a heavy 14 pt card stock also with a high gloss UV coating.
Can I order less than a quantity of 1000?
Yes, you can order as little as 250 cards, you may want to order a small quantity like 250 because you may find you want to change your card on the next order, add infomation or completely redesign the card to work better for you. Your business card is very a very important piece of marketing material and you want it to look just right.
Can I split that 1000 into two 500s? That will still meet the 1000 minimum, right?
No. Unfortunately, we do not split orders.
I would like to order for several sales people, do you offer volume discounts?
If you are ordering for several people at your dealership, we do offer a special, for every 5 sets of 1,000 cards you order you will get the 6th set of 1,000 Free.
If your cards are ordered by your corporate office, please feel free to contact us.
How soon will I receive my order after it has been placed and paid?
Upon approval of your proof image, we typically print and ship is 2 to 4 days. We ship via U.P.S. and depending on your location your cards may ship from the closest location to you. Our printing plants are in California, Ohio, Texas, Florida and New Jersey.
Rush printing and shipping are available, please contact us for additional costs.

What is your return policy?
These are customized printed products, we cannot offer payment returns on any order unless the final product deviates from the proof which you have approved or has ay type of printing defect.
We send proof images to every customer prior to printing. We will not print any order without your approval of a final proof image. Once the proof is approved and sent to print, we can no longer issue a refund.
Should you simply change your mind prior to printing, we will issue a refund minus $25 for any layout and set up costs incurred by us.
What is your privacy policy?
Although it's probably a bit cliché by now, we hate spam as much as anyone! We value and respect the trust you confide in us by providing your personal and credit information. We will not share, rent, or sell that information with anyone or any business. Credit card information is immediately encrypted and is not stored.
Our primary objective is to make you happy. We truly believe that a happy customer is not only a repeat customer, but a fantastic source of referral business.
